Child Safety Standards

At Candour, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users, especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Candour strictly prohibits any content or activity that involves or promotes CSAE, including but not limited to:

• • Any sexual content involving minors
• • Grooming, exploitation, or inappropriate interaction with minors
• • Sharing, distributing, or promoting child exploitative material
• • Any attempt to endanger the safety or well-being of minors

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate action.

Enforcement and Actions

If we identify or receive reports of CSAE-related content or behavior:

• • The content will be removed immediately
• • The responsible account(s) will be permanently banned
• • We may report the incident to relevant law enforcement authorities
• • We cooperate with legal authorities when required

Reporting and User Safety

We empower users to help keep Candour safe. Users can report harmful or suspicious activity through:

• • In-app reporting features (articles, comments, and chat)

We review all reports and take appropriate action promptly.

Moderation and Prevention

Candour actively monitors and moderates:

• • User-generated content (articles, comments, and interactions)
• • Messaging features (group and individual chat)

We use a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent harmful behavior.

Scope of This Policy

This Child Safety Policy applies to the Candour mobile application available on Google Play and all associated services operated by the Candour team.
